Online withdrawal statement
Use this function during the statutory withdrawal period to tell us that you withdraw from an eligible distance contract. Enter your name, order number, the products concerned and the email address to which the acknowledgement should be sent.
After selecting Confirm withdrawal, the shop sends an acknowledgement containing the submitted statement and its date and time on a durable medium without undue delay. A complaint about a defective item should instead use the complaint instructions on the Returns, Withdrawal and Complaints page.
